You may wish to place a notice in a national or local newspaper to inform people in your local community about the passing of your loved one. Your Funeral Director can assist you in the layout of the notice and if required, will place it in the relevant newspapers. These notices will also generally appear in online sites of these publications.

If, following the funeral you wish to extend your thanks to some people who were of help you can do this by placing a notice in the paper as well.  In the same way, if required, we can do this for you.

Melville Morgan can also publish the details of any funeral arrangements on our company website for viewing by friends, relatives etc.  In circumstances where you might prefer to have a private, ‘family only’ service, our recommendation would be to publish the notice after the funeral has taken place.
