Noel Phillips

Phillips Noel Died 29th November 2017 Peacefully at hospital loving husband of the late May, and a devoted dad and granda.  A Service of Thanksgiving will take place in Melville Morgan Funeral Home 315 Ballysillan Road Belfast on Monday 4th December at 1.30pm followed by interment in Carnmoney Cemetery.  Family flowers only please donations in memory if desired to N.I.
